I offer complete menu, menu options and work directly with the host to create the perfect meal.

Pasta Class
Learn how to make pasta in this hands-on class!
If you love pasta and want to learn how to make it, this class is for you! You'll practice hand rolling pasta in two different styles, long pasta (tipically Spaghetti, Fettuccine or Pappardelle) and the unique Sardinian Ravioli called “Culurgiones”, very similar to dumplings.
Learn all the steps, from mixing ingredients, kneading, cuting, drying and cooking pasta.
Finally you will get to taste the pasta and ravioli that you prepared with the 2 sauces made at the moment.

Fresh Tomatoes San Marzano Sauce with Basil and Pecorino cheese
Porcini or Crimini Mushroom Sauce with Truffle zest and Parmiggiano Reggiano on Top
