Francesca Biography
I was born and raised in Cagliari, Sardinia, Italy.
I'm specialized in Italian/Sardinian food, I had the opportunity to work in different restaurants (in North of Italy and Atlanta, Georgia), and to work as a private chef for different families in the USA. Since 2012 I live in Los Angeles, the city I choose to live and that also gave me a lot of job experiences and opportunities.
My passion for food brought me to improve day after day; I grew up learning from my family traditional techniques, like homemade pasta, sauces and desserts and with the time, traveling and meeting other chefs from different part of the world, I had the chance to work with them in many events and places in California.
